Our Process

Every business has its unique challenges. And our main goal with every project is to uncover those challenges. We do that by adopting a time tested discovery and delivery process that has helped us consistently deliver results to our clients over the years. Our process is a mix of well known methodologies that promote transparency and mitigate the inherent risks in each project and deliver insights and guidance on what will result in a successful outcome.

Discovery

This is where it all starts. Our main aim with the discovery workshops is to uncover all the implicit and explicit business needs around the project. Usually we keep a platform agnostic mind set in these sessions and just focus on aligning vision and desired outcomes.

Planning

The findings in the discovery session inform our strategy for the project. Keeping user at the center, we plan the features and make recommendations for the best possible platform. The features and requirements defined during this phase become the blueprint for the entire development cycle.

UX/UI design

This is where the fun begins. We map out the entire user journey and create wire-frames to help visualise the end product. This is a very collaborative process and we use Invision to present our work and get your feedback along the way.

Development

Once the wire-frames are signed off, our engineers take over. At So Technology we follow agile software development methodology that helps break the project down in to bi-weekly sprints. This flexibility enables us to provide frequent updates to you throughout the project life-cycle

Testing & QA

Our QA team is constantly conducts code reviews and unit tests for all of the features of your project. This is a necessary step to ensure we deliver the best possible customer experience on your project.

Delivery

Its time to go live. At this point we are certain that the project is ready to face the customers. We take care of the entire process and launch your project. If this was a redesign of an existing platform we streamline all the moving parts so ensure as little downtime as possible for you customers.

Aftercare

Our work doesn’t end with the go-live. We are closely monitoring your project through its teething stage to ensure a great experience for you customers. We take a lot of care in our testing phase to make sure no bugs are introduced in the project, but we are always there to fix any bugs discovered after go-live.
